This generation of smartphones had left us the best shooting ever terminals globally. When completed we were waiting for two big releases like the Lumia 950 (and Lumia 950 XL) and the Nexus 6p. Finally, we have put together the best of the previous comparative to have the complete picture of the best camera smartphones today.
In this new photographic comparison of smartphones we will analyze the credentials and images that are able to take what we consider as better today in that particular field. Here we are facing the Lumia 950, the Nexus 6p, the Galaxy S6 Edge, the iPhone 6s Plus, the Xperia Z5 and LG V10. Who will win the battle to be the best smartphone camera this time?
How do comparative photographic
Equality that are now in the market for smartphones and phablets high-end, choosing a computer is not an easy task indeed. If you have preference for a particular operating system, the decision is only complicated Android. In any case, the camera remains a symbol of the great smartphones.
Today it is very complex to determine who is the best camera smartphone. Everyone is at a very high level results and how affronts mobile photography is the key to hitting
Given the quality we have reached the chambers of the best smartphones we compare Now take a decision on what is best is today almost impossible. It depends primarily on your shooting preferences, so look at each model and how to assume or you face the fact of obtaining photos using a mobile phone. With that clear understanding because we can move reviewing the technical aspects of each camera that we will compare. Here we remind you that the main feature included in the final potential quality of a photograph is the combination of sensor size and resolution, along with the final processing.
Taking this into account, it is easy to determine which size and optical sensor, the Nexus 6p should be on the top of the comparative objectively, followed perhaps by the Xperia Z5. On the opposite side we would have the iPhone 6s Plus, which has the smallest sensor. It is not just data that must be taken into account and refer us to test it.

For taking photographs have been taken into account, unless otherwise noted, the automatic default modes for each application native camera smartphones. They have adjusted to the maximum resolutions that can offer, whether the format is 16:9 or 4:3. In addition, all smartphones and phablets are updated to the most current and official version of its operating system.
In some scenes we used a tripod with specific adapter for smartphones, and others have opted for the shot pulse to check the camera yields more real situations that affect consumers. In all cases the conditions of each shot are the same for all of comparative smartphones. The shot is taken several times with each phone and each scene, at the same time and then choosing decision has been better.

As distance or focal lengths are different in many cameras these smartphones, this means that in some of the series of comparative both frame as 100% cut are different. To focus and measure exposure is taken in all shooting the same point.
Interface and manual controls
Given the high level of performance that we’ve found on smartphones that have compared in this issue, it will be important to go valuing other aspects of mobile photography, from small grants interface for faster photographs.
Virtually no significant difference in shutter speed or focus of the six camera smartphones we’ve tested, and to appreciate differences must be spinning quite fine. The Galaxy S6 Edge, for example, leverages technology to its internal memory to recover faster than others the ability to take a new photo. It is literally instantaneous, as you approach. The same applies to the Nexus 6p or Lumia 950, but I will say that everyone is at a level that a consumer could not determine the fastest in this section.
The Lumia 950 has taken a major leap in level interface and operating speed especially when we take pictures. It is next to the LG V10 which offers the possibility to take photos in RAW
Although Android already allows in its latest update the capture in RAW format, not all terminals dare with it. The brave are precisely those who best treat the photographer in the interface and manual options. I speak of the LG V10 and Lumia 950. In the first case we can choose between shot jpg or both (jpg + RAW). With Lumia can choose three options (only jpg, just DNG or both at once), having now no disadvantage in terms of speed when we choose to save a file in RAW.
At internal level, progress has been considerable. iPhone continues its idea that photography smartphone, at least in their official application must be primarily aim and shoot. The very idea of maximum simplicity but taken to the negative end is found in the Nexus 6p. Samsung is the one that stays in the middle, with quick access to different modes, among which is one called Pro with some manual controls.

In the most optimistic and full hand we have the trio of the Xperia Z5, the Lumia 950 and the LG V10. Sony model has greatly improved the interface to a single touch different shooting modes, either automatic or manual top. Configuration other controls are still a bit hidden in menus and manual controls are not too many or accessible directly on the screen in the manual mode.
The LG V10 is far ahead of rivals (only comes close the Lumia 950) to interface to manage taking pictures with manual modes and have all the information at a glance
The Lumia 950 seems to give a good balance between control and simplicity. Move through menus is very fast, it is true that there are fewer options than other operating systems, but the top bar to activate manual controls we really like in combination with the control wheel that appears in each case together with the shutter button virtual.

Finally we have the LG V10 interface, the most comprehensive not only for the use of the second screen to access shooting modes but by the amount of manual controls, simplicity to set them and all information available to the photographer on your screen from single parameter data to a real-time histogram.
For whom the photograph was taken more seriously in smartphone, the physical button shot and unique (nothing you can configure the volume keys) remains in the Lumia 950 and the Xperia Z5, and appreciated in many situations. These details, along with the double click of the start button Galaxy S6 Edge are small additions totaling side of these terminals for those seeking refine photographic experience with them.
